This is good, but I have chronic fatigue, so I need to have two cups to really notice. It certainly does help though. Some have said the licorice flavor in this was very strong (I love licorice) but instead found the lemon balm and peppermint to be more prominent and pleasant, especially for a medicinal tea. This needs to be brewed for 5-10 minutes as per instructions (it is a medicinal tea) in boiling water to extract the active ingredients. This is close to $5 a box, so you may want to try something else if you are using it multiple times a day.

I wanted to like this, but it has a really sickly liquorice taste. Aside from the taste, its really good for a boost of energy. Ive given up coffee (I use Dandy blend, but still like something to help my energy and focus). It is quite stimulating, I dont use it unless I actually want to work out. I would not recommend unless you REALLY like liquorice flavour. No point forcing yourself to down something gross
