It's too soon to tell how this will affect me weight wise, but energy wise, this is good. I only take it in the morning. I wouldn't recommend for diabetics unless you talk with your doctor first. I'm not diabetic, but kind of insulin resistant. it can make me a little hyper. granted that may wear off after using it a while.

Also it feels like the effects taper after a while, unless I keep up diet + exercise. Overall: decent support if you already have healthy habits and want a push. Just expect it won’t work by itself.
