These beans are pretty tasty. It seems like a kind of chain restaurant beans type flavor, the color is a bit orangey which makes it fun. It isn't my ideal canned beans but it's probably better than most. The most unfortunate thing about it is the salt/sodium level is excessively high. It's very health focused and vegan emphasis so this much salt makes no sense, especially considering it has a lot of seasonings to add flavor compared to the plainer ones. Usually this much salt is used to make up for not having much flavor, but it does, so weird. As far as flavor, it's good, especially compared to the one I usually get. I personally hate chipotle, so I was worried it would be too strong but it smells more like it when it's being heated than tastes like it, so not bad. Not obtrusive.
You could make a super easy fast meal with this because it's preseasoned. Or a nice tex mex dinner with not much time. I wouldn't want to feed it to someone with high blood pressure very often because of the salt, but it's decent. I got a couple other of their beans to try but I'd consider getting this again, because it's decent restaurant like flavor and super easy.
