I think my previous melantonin was better. it was a chewable tablets. these I need to dissolve under my tongue. and it says fast absorption but I am not quite sure it works for me this way at all. will finish the bottle and return to my chewables. maybe the dosage is not enough and I need 5mg. I don't know. tastes like chalk kinda but the tablets are very small in their size.
